His industry experience includes specialty knowledge in the marine and aviation industries and the corporate space. Having spent time working with a wide range of clients, Sam is adept at understanding a clients needs and ensuring their requirements are met in a professional and timely manner.

Patricia has over 15 years in the insurance industry in both Domestic and Commercials roles. She now joins the Donaldson Brown family as a commercial risk adviser. She has completed her Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services and the Diploma in General Insurance. Her number one goal is to ensure she delivers excellent client experiences. Her passion for doing the right thing by the client and their businesses shines through in her day-to-day dealings. She makes sure your business is her business – regardless of size or type.

Ben joined Donaldson Brown during the original 2020 COVID lockdown and holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Media and Communications from the University of Canterbury. He has 5 years’ experience in the commercial insurance space, and after learning from some of the best in the industry over the last 2 and a half years at Donaldson Brown he has become a Risk Adviser. He is ready to provide the necessary advice and transparency to clients regarding their commercial insurance needs, across a range of industries.

Joining the team at Donaldson Brown as an Associate Risk Adviser, Joseph is excited to assist in finding the best outcomes for our clients. After studying Business Management, Joseph started working in the insurance industry in mid-2016, he has worked in both the New Zealand and Australian markets and has a strong background in understanding the general insurance industry.
