Mike has over 13 years multi-disciplined experience in the insurance industry. With a blend of experience working for both large corporate and owner operated insurance brokers, Mike brings a wealth of experience to his role at Donaldson Brown. After graduating with a management degree from Massey University, Mike’s insurance career began in 2006 where he has become a trusted and respected insurance professional to SME and large organisations alike. With his client focussed approach and his desire to achieve the best possible results for his clients, Mike is able to add value at each stage of the insurance cycle.

Scott has over 13 years broking experience across a range of industries from SME through to Corporate risks. After working as an employee at two of New Zealand’s largest broking houses, Scott has elected to pursue a more client focused role with Donaldson Brown. With extensive experience in the placement and management of risk for the oil & gas/heavy engineering industries, Scott is committed to providing the best possible outcome for his clients in terms of both cost reduction and policy coverage. Scott is a member of ANZIIF and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree majoring in Marketing and Management.

With almost 20 years’ experience in the industry, Damian spent most of that time working for a large multinational broking company. He was attracted to working at Donaldson Brown as their values around transparency and a client centric approach line up with his own. Having worked with a wide range of businesses and industries, Damian brings expert knowledge when providing advice to ensure clients are provided with optimal outcomes. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, which has meant that customer care has always been a priority and focus.

Nadine has over six years’ experience in the insurance industry. Nadine has previously worked for both large and small broking companies, dealing with a vast range of client industries. Her aim, desire and speciality is based on providing advisers with an accurate, high level of support so as a team they can focus on providing excellent client care.

Sophie has joined the team at Donaldson Brown as an Associate Risk Adviser. After previously working in the banking industry and completing her New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, she thrives on working in a fast-paced environment while applying solution-based thinking to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Sophie is excited to build? new relationships and enhance her knowledge in the Insurance industry all while providing a high level of support to her team.
